Terms & Conditions – Ormira

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ormira, a mural printing company based in the United Arab Emirates. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.

2. Services Provided

Ormira specializes in custom mural printing solutions for homes, offices, retail stores, hospitality venues, exhibitions, and more. We offer printing directly on walls or on removable panels using high-resolution UV ink and cutting-edge technology.

3. Payment Terms

• 3.1 A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin production. This deposit is non-refundable.

• 3.2 The remaining 50% balance is payable upon successful completion of the mural.

• 3.3 Accepted payment methods will be stated on your invoice. Late payments may result in penalties or delays.

4. Design Services

• 4.1 Ormira provides design support through our in-house designers or AI-assisted tools.

• 4.2 A deposit may be required to initiate design work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

• 4.3 The number of design revisions included will be specified in your quotation. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• 4.4 Due to technical limitations, printing may not be possible within 25–35 cm of ceilings/floors or 10–15 cm of obstacles.

5. Client Responsibilities

• 5.1 Clients must provide accurate wall dimensions, design files, and installation details.

• 5.2 Ormira is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client-provided data.

• 5.3 Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any artwork provided.

6. Cancellation Policy

• 6.1 Projects cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.

• 6.2 Cancellations before production may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on costs already incurred.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

• 7.1 Indoor wall prints include an 8-year warranty against fading and peeling under normal conditions.

• 7.2 Warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, mishandling, or modifications.

• 7.3 Outdoor prints are not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

• 8.1 All designs created by Ormira remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• 8.2 Clients may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs without prior consent.

9. Liability

• 9.1 Ormira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• 9.2 Our liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

​

10. Dispute Resolution

• 10.1 We encourage disputes to be resolved amicably.

• 10.2 If necessary, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

11. Amendments

Ormira reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to new projects.

12. Site Preparation & Access

• 12.1 The client must ensure walls are clean, dry, and ready for installation.

• 12.2 Additional cleaning or preparation may incur extra fees.

• 12.3 Clients must provide access to power supply, clear working space, and parking/loading arrangements.

​

13. High-Surface or Outdoor Projects

• 13.1 Projects above 3 meters may require scaffolding or lifts, billed separately.

• 13.2 Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions and may require special inks or coatings.

​

14. Temporary Installations & Rentals

• 14.1 Removable mural panels are available for temporary use (events, exhibitions, etc.).

• 14.2 Clients must confirm the type of surface and removability requirements before installation.

• 14.3 Ormira is not responsible for surface damage caused during removal unless agreed in writing.

​

15. Force Majeure

Ormira shall not be held liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping delays, or government restrictions.

​

16. Rush Orders

Orders requiring fast-track production may incur additional rush fees depending on complexity and timing.

​

17. Photography & Marketing

• 17.1 Ormira reserves the right to photograph completed projects for promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

• 17.2 We encourage clients to credit @Ormira when sharing our work online.
