Refund Policy
At Ormira, every mural and canvas is created with precision and care, tailored to each client’s unique vision.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Deposits • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin production.•This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers design, preparation, and material allocation.
2. Balance Payment • The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion and before final handover/installation.•Once the project is completed and approved, no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellations • If an order is canceled before production or printing begins, only the refundable portion (if any) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Once printing has started, cancellations are not eligible for refund.
4. Quality & Defects • Ormira ensures high-quality printing using UV-cured inks and premium materials.
• If your mural or canvas arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery/installation.
• After inspection, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
5. Non-Refundable Services • Design services, mockups, consultations, and customization work are non-refundable once initiated.
